Thinking about straightening your teeth? ClearCorrect uses a series of clear, removable aligners, made to fit your teeth, to move them gradually towards a planned position. We’ll help you understand whether treatment is right for you and what it would involve.

ClearCorrect aligners fit over your teeth without fixed metal brackets or wires. You take them out for meals and cleaning, then put them back in as instructed. They can help with crowding, gaps and some bite concerns, depending on your individual needs.
Your teeth and gums need to be healthy before treatment begins. At your consultation, we’ll assess your smile, discuss the alternatives and explain the benefits, limitations and risks so you can make an informed decision.
ClearCorrect treatment is planned around your teeth, your bite and your goals. Our team will explain each step and make time for your questions.
Contact usClearCorrect may help with crowded or spaced teeth and some bite concerns. The best way to find out is to have your teeth and gums assessed. We’ll talk through your options, including alternatives to aligners where appropriate.
Tell us what you’d like to change and ask us any questions. We’ll examine your teeth, gums and bite to assess whether ClearCorrect is suitable, and discuss any dental care you may need first.

If you decide to explore treatment, we’ll take the records needed to plan it, which may include photographs, scans or impressions and X-rays where clinically necessary.
We’ll explain the proposed tooth movements and any additional steps, such as tooth-coloured attachments or carefully creating small spaces between selected teeth. A digital preview is a planning guide, rather than a promise of the final result.
You’ll receive an individual estimate of the likely duration and costs before deciding whether to proceed.
Once your custom ClearCorrect aligners are ready, we’ll check the fit and show you how to put them in, remove them and keep them clean.
Wear your aligners for at least 22 hours a day, following your dentist’s instructions. Remove them for meals, drinks other than plain cool water, and brushing and cleaning between your teeth.
Change to the next set only as instructed. We’ll arrange reviews to check movement and fit, and adjust the plan if needed. Contact us if an aligner is lost, damaged or no longer fits.

At the end of your planned aligner sequence, we’ll review your teeth and bite together. Further aligners may be recommended if more movement is needed.
Retainers help keep your teeth in their new positions. We’ll explain your long-term retainer wear and care plan, alongside regular dental check-ups and good daily cleaning.
Have a question about starting treatment? We’re here to help you take the next step.
Contact usClearCorrect uses custom-made, clear plastic aligners to move teeth gradually. Each set follows a treatment plan prescribed by your dentist.
Your dentist will tell you when to change each set and monitor your progress throughout treatment.
The clear material makes aligners discreet, although they are not invisible.
You can remove them for meals and to brush and clean between your teeth.
They do not use fixed metal brackets or wires, but you may need attachments or other measures to help particular tooth movements.
They work best when worn consistently as prescribed. We’ll explain the daily commitment before you start.
Suitability depends on your teeth, gums, bite and the movements needed. We’ll assess your oral health and discuss alternatives if another approach would be more appropriate.
Wear them for at least 22 hours a day, following your dentist’s instructions. Taking them out too often can affect progress. Your dentist will also tell you when to change to the next set.
Costs depend on the treatment you need. We’ll provide a written estimate and explain what is included before you agree to treatment.
Some plans use small tooth-coloured attachments to help aligners grip the teeth. Your dentist may also recommend carefully removing a small amount of enamel between selected teeth to create space. We’ll explain any proposed steps, risks and alternatives before asking for your consent.
ClearCorrect aligners are made from clear plastic and fit over your teeth. They are discreet but may still be visible, particularly if your treatment needs attachments.
Clear aligners may be suitable for some teenagers. Suitability depends on dental development, the treatment needed and the ability to follow the wear schedule. We’ll advise following an assessment.
Remove your aligners for meals and for drinks other than plain cool water. Clean your teeth before putting them back in, and follow the cleaning instructions supplied. Avoid hot water, which can distort the aligners.
We’ll arrange reviews to suit your treatment plan. These appointments let us check your teeth, oral health and aligner fit. Please contact us between visits if you have concerns.
Treatment length varies with the movements needed, your response to treatment and how consistently you wear your aligners. We’ll discuss an individual estimate after assessing you. Additional aligners may be needed, which can extend treatment.
You may feel pressure or temporary tenderness when you start or change aligners. If pain is severe, persists, or an aligner is rubbing or does not fit properly, contact the practice for advice.
ClearCorrect can help with some bite concerns, but more complex problems may need a different approach or specialist advice. Your dentist will assess your bite and explain suitable options.
Yes. Teeth can move again after straightening, so long-term retainer wear is usually needed. We’ll explain the type of retainer, how often to wear it and how to care for it.
Contact the practice for advice if an aligner is lost or damaged, or if you develop jaw pain or difficulty opening your mouth. Tell us about any existing jaw-joint problems at your consultation. Do not move to another set without advice.
